Our CEO, Will C. Thomas lll Mr. is a past board member of NAAAHR and NIA Youth and Family Academy. He is a member of the African American OSU alumni and Franklin University Alumni
group. He was a volunteer on the Resume Review and Career Coaching Team at
Franklin University. Mr. Thomas was awarded Outstanding Young Man of America, Who’s Who Worldwide.
Mr. Thomas completed a dual degree at Franklin University in Business Management and Human Resource Management. Earning several certifications and training in
Human Resource and Recruiting related efforts such as Business and work ethics,
FMLA, Interviewing, Hiring and ADA.
